User story -

As a user,
I want to view the cause and details (subcategory, severity, and confidence) of any video alert and configure which alerts (by severity or subcategory) are sent to LCS,
So that LCS only receives relevant alerts, reducing the time spent scrutinizing unwanted notifications.

Problem statement -
Currently, the cause and breakdown of a video alert are unclear to the user. As a result, LCS is receiving a large volume of unnecessary alerts, making it difficult for them to efficiently review and act on important ones.

For all video alerts, the system should receive the following additional fields from JHS:

Severity
Confidence Level
Display Logic
Dashboard > Alert Widget: Display all three fields (subcategory, severity, confidence).
When Navigate from widget count to list view/details, add three new fields, add three new fields in download excel.

Alert Preference Configuration
Settings > Alerts:

Users can configure which alerts are sent to LCS based on Alert Subcategory and Severity.

Provide delivery options: Email, SMS, Webhook.

Webhook Compliance
Webhook payload must include Alert and Alert Subcategory.

Payload must comply with LCS format requirements.

Delivery must not result in validation errors.

System receives and stores Alert Subcategory, Severity, and Confidence for all video alerts from JHS.

Dashboard > Alert Ticker: Shows Subcategory and Severity.

Reports > Alerts: Includes new columns (Subcategory, Severity, Confidence).

Notifications
All notifications (Email, SMS, Push, Webhook) must include Subcategory, Severity, Confidence.

User Preferences for LCS
Users can configure which alerts are sent to LCS by selecting Subcategories and Severities.

Configuration applies to Email, SMS, and Webhook deliveries.

Webhook Requirements
Webhook payload must include Alert and Subcategory in LCS-compliant format.

Payload successfully delivered to LCS without validation errors.

Filtering Logic
Only alerts matching configured Subcategory and Severity are forwarded to LCS.

Non-selected alerts remain in internal dashboards and reports but are excluded from LCS delivery.
